 This option is for those who that have a deceased family member and need all their belongs sold.  Having an online auction is a great way to get top dollar for your items. Many perspective buyers will see your items online which will likely increase the sale price meaning more money for you.  A sale of this size takes a lot of work and expertise to get done efficiently.  The process is listed below and broken down in steps.


  1.  Contact us to set up a free appointment.
  2.  We will take a look at what you have.  
  3.  We will ask some questions and see what your expectations are, and answer any questions you might have. 
  4.  If both parties agree this is the best option and a good fit, we will then explain our contract and terms. There are no upfront costs as all expenses are deducted from the auction’s proceeds. No pressure to sign anything day of, so feel free to think about the terms and get back to us. 
  5.  Once both parties decide to proceed, we will finalize a contract and set some dates for your estate items to be inventoried, researched, photographed and cataloged.
  6.  Your items will be presented for online bidding to many bidders.
  7.  After the close of the auction we will manage and assist with pick-up and shipping of all sold items to respective winning bidders. 
  8.  After final accounting is done, you get paid.

Whole Home Contents Auction

This option is for those who are moving out of home or downsizing and have an entire house of belongings that need sold. Having an online auction is a great way to get top dollar for your items. The process is listed below and broken down in steps.


  1.  Contact us to set up a free appointment.
  2.  We will take a look at what you have.  
  3.  We will ask some questions and see what your expectations are. And answer questions you have. 
  4.  If we and you conclude we are a good fit , we will then explain our contract and terms. There are no upfront costs. All expenses are deducted from the auction’s proceeds. No pressure to sign anything day of, so feel free to think about the terms and get back to us.

Buy out

      A good option for those who don't want to deal with the hassle of shipping or selling individual items and a great way to quickly get rid of unwanted/unneeded items. We are always looking for unique collections - items. 


  1. Contact us to set up a free appointment.
  2. We will take a look at what you have.
  3. We will make an offer if interested.
  4. If you proceed we will send over an agreement signed for items. 
  5. Depending on dollar amount get paid in 24hrs- 1 week

Clean outs

     This service is for those who may have alot of items they want removed or thrown away.  Good option for those moving, evictions, etc. There are a few ways to have this done. One being with a dumpster onsite and another using a truck to remove items then sent to donation or dump. We offer competitive pricing! If you have two other written quotes for the same job let us know and we will try to beat it!

  2. We will take a look at what you have  
  3. We will ask some questions and see what your expectations are.
  4. We will discus fees and go over a basic contract. 
  5. If you go with us we will set a date and time for clean out.
  6. We remove your items. Rooms are left broom cleaned as we do not offer deep extensive cleaning services. 
  7. We give you a call when done. If a dumpster is involved, we will give you a date when that will be pickled up!

Special Consignments

     This service is for someone that has one or two items that are worth some money. Your item must be worth in total $1000 or more for us to consign. Examples would be: comic books, coins, stamps, artwork, jewelry, albums.  Large items such as lawn equipment, cars, machinery, etc.


  1. Contact us and briefly tell us what you have.
  2. We will contact you and let you know what we think. 
  3. Each scenario is unique. We may do an auction or know a buyer. Either way all expenses are deducted from the proceeds of sale or auction.
